First day of pull-up pleasure…or pain
To sum it up quickly…it sucked. In order to successfully complete the ’300′ workout, which I just wrote about two days ago, you need to do 25 pull-ups in the beginning and 25 more at the end of the workout. If you skipped over it, read about my crazy fitness goals right HERE. I sure as hell cannot do 25 pull ups at one time right now. So, to cure that, I will be doing pull-ups four times a week, integrating them into several of my workouts. I will be doing several sets in a day, hopefully seeing vast improvements in my pull up skills.
Perhaps when Kings of Dreamland and I are out on tour, I could bring along a Perfect Pullup. It makes a great birthday present! Did I forget to mention my birthday is in a little less than a month? If I did, then my birthday is in a little less than a month. There you go!
