Since I have taken a couple days off from the gym on my journey back to Pittsburgh, I have relaxed my muscles, ate like I haven’t had food in two weeks, and I am ready to convert all of that energy into muscle. I realized my next jump in weight is going to be a tougher challenge than gaining my first 15 pounds.

After a crazy workout today. I sat and I thought about a few goals I want for myself in the weight room. As some of you may know, I was quite a skinny bastard for a long time. Twice in my life, I was a fat bastard too. Nothing like being in 3rd grade at your Aunt’s wedding, and you’re slow dancing with a girl, then a shirt button and a pants button pops off. Yes, that would put a stop to anyone’s pimp game.
