Philly is often an overlooked hotbed for hip-hop while it has cultivated some of the most talented artists to ever share the spotlight. From talent such as Cassidy, Meek Mill, Eve, and The Roots, among others, Philadelphia certainly does not lack star power. It has helped pave the way for up and coming artists.
